At a rally in Cedar Rapid lowa, President Donald Trump pitched a new idea to his supporters—that the US-Mexico border wall could have solar-panels built on to it. (scroll down to watch his full solar-panel speech).
Trump said: “The higher it goes, the more valuable it is!. Pretty good imagination, right? Good? My idea.”
This is a great idea as the solar-panels would create revenue and the small communities around the US border could be able get all of their electricity from green-energy. The fact that the wall would also have an extra useful purpose would probably make it more likable.
The wall would also look much better with the solar-panels, rather than the bland, ugly police-state looking wall the US currently has—making it more pleasant for the communities who live near the wall.
At the rally Trump proposed:
We’re already spending a lot of money on design, but I’ll give you an idea that nobody has heard about yet. We’re thinking of something that’s unique, we’re talking about the southern boarder—lot’s of sun lots of heat—we’re thinking about building the wall as a solar-wall, so it creates energy and pays for itself and this way Mexico will have to pay much less money.
Best of all: Building the solar-panels on the wall would make it much more difficult for the Liberal hippies and the Democrats to bitch and whine about…
What kind of Liberal hippie would be against building probably the world’s biggest solar array farm?, Trump should stick a few wind turbines on the wall too while he’s at it, so the Liberals can’t claim that solar-energy is racist… 4D Chess.
