Holy shit. Conor McGregor just earned my respect to an entire different level. After the pathetically weak and whiny Floyd Mayweather suggested that Conor’s popularity is due in part to “racism”, the Irish UFC champion has officially responded on his Facebook page.
Floyd Mayweather, don’t ever bring race into my success again. I am an Irishman. My people have been oppressed our entire existence. And still very much are. I understand the feeling of prejudice. It is a feeling that is deep in my blood.
In my family’s long history of warfare there was a time where just having the name ‘McGregor’ was punishable by death.
Do not ever put me in a bracket like this again.
If you want we can organise a fight no problem.
I will give you a fair 80/20 split purse in my favour seen as your last fight bombed at every area of revenue.
At 27 years of age I now hold the key to this game.
The game answers to me now.
PICKING MY JAW OFF THE FLOOR. Conor’s response is epic in every possible way:
- ZERO apologies. For far too long, some blacks in America have used the race card to cripple and guilt white people, falsely accusing them of racism even when no racism existed. And the race card WORKED: whether it was the recent madness at the University of Missouri (watch my video on this), or Floyd’s attempt at Conor, the race card has been used as a deceptive tool in post-racist America, far too long after the TRUE racism of segregation and slavery.
- Pointing out racism and discrimination against Irish people, which was significant at one point in American history.
To all blacks reading this right now, this is a wake up call. The race card is for WEAK black people. It is a deceptive tool used nowadays when you feel inferior. You can be much better than whiny liars. Stop using the race card.
